So, to come back to what I was saying the other day, I've been watching a lot of TV recently. Not in the sense of sitting and watching shows as they're broadcast; call me old fashioned but ninety percent of the stuff that's on TV at the moment is complete and utter dross and I really don't have the time to waste on it. Big Brother's just started a new series and I'm seriously contemplating scooping my eyes out with a melon baller if I ever end up in a position where I have to watch it (thankfully I have an understanding and wonderfully sane girlfriend who doesn't watch such stuff. Moreover, we don't own a melon baller).
For all that, there have been a lot of good shows around over the last few years, particularly American ones. Of course, not being in America I have to either wait for the DVDs to come out or resort to other methods to watch them, but the less we're going to say about that the better. Anyway, for what it's worth, here's the list of what I think has been hot (or not) over the last few months. I'll try not to throw too many spoilers, but caveat lector, all the same.
