Twitters for Tuesday, 15th July 2008

  • (#) Had an "ohchristhowmuchhaveispent" moment when I woke up. Wonder how many more of them I'll get.
  • (#) How can anyone, particularly a company with as much of an IT budget as Virgin undoubtedly have, build such a bad reservation system?
  • (#) My god. The phone reservation system is even worse.
  • (#) Ah! A human being! More useful than a computer! Who'da thunk it?
  • (#) Ow. Maybe if I ignore this pain, it'll go away.
  • (#) Looking forward to trying out the D300 on the Canonical Massiv on Thursday - BE READY, PEOPLE!
  • (#) Dear spammers who send me messages with the subject "Microsoft winning ticket notifcation!": Know your audience.
  • (#) Ugh. Eated too much. Now 'splode. BOOM.
  • (#) The new LP UI has, for the most part, really grown on me. MPT and the people who implemented the changes have done an amazing job.
  • (#) Just daydreamed about the next Ubuntu AllStars. Which is sad, because it meant that @jonobacon was in my daydream.
  • (#) Massive Flickr upload done. Time for tea.
  • (#) @jonobacon Please don't say "Wow, an early night" just minutes after I say I've been daydreaming about you. That's just wrong, beard boy.

About

Graham Binns is a writer, photographer, musician and software developer from Lancaster, England, with far too much hair, a penchant for odd t-shirts and a magnificent hat. He has been making things up for as long as he can remember and has been making code work for long enough to make a living from it.

He has written one novel, which is in the process of composting, and is working remembering how to write before embarking on a second. In the meantime, he photographs things, since it's easier not to have to make the world up in his head all of the time.
