Morning rituals

Three hundred and sixty-odd days of 2008, day 118

I snapped this gent in the centre of Lancaster as he was re-threading his shoe with a lace that had just broken. I never found out how he’d managed to make it work. I also liked the fact that he was the only one in a suit anywhere in the vicinity of the fountain (which is what they’re sat on) at this time in the morning.
