Spring is one of the great times to live in the countryside. Lambs are popping up everywhere, gladdening even the flintiest of hearts.
I wanted to call this picture "I has a flavour," but I decided against it.
The only thing about this image that I don't like is that the lamb's tail is tied off near the top. The farmers do this as a means of docking the tail; the tie cuts of the blood supply and eventually the majority of the tail will drop off, having died. Personally I think it's barbaric, but maybe that's just me.
