Three hundred and sixty-odd days of 2008, day 39

Actually, this isn’t near home. It’s taken on the moors above Oswaldtwistle, Lancashire, where I grew up. Still, the point remains. I stood up here and took a deep breath and for the first time in a week didn’t smell the smoke and grime and myriad hydrocarbons of London.

I haven’t done much to the image besides clone out a couple of lampposts. It might have worked better with the polariser but I didn’t have it to hand.
